Shipping Policy
* We strive to insure all items are packaged carefully before shipping.
* If you receive a shipment that is damaged contact us immediately so we can assist you if filing a claim with the carrier. * Southern Camaro is not responsible for any damage by carrier during shipping.
* Any damaged packages are the responsibility of the carrier.
* It is customers responsibility to inspect all ground packages and freight orders for damage.
* If damage is found on a freight order then customer is to have driver to note damage and then contact us so we can contact shipping company to file claim.
* If you do not note any damages on freight bill before signing for shipment, then trucking company is released from all claims and the shipment is your.
* On all UPS and FedEx shipment, have driver make a note of damage and contact us immediately. We will then contact shipper and file a claim.
* Please keep all damaged boxes, parts and packing material as they came to you. Shipper will want to collect these items for inspection before paying claim.
* Please allow 3 to 10 days for delivery on all orders depending on your location.


Return Policy
* If you need to return a item please contact us immediately.
* A return cannot be accepted after 30 days from date of sale.
* All returns must be in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition.
* We cannot accept parts that have been installed, primed, painted or altered in anyway.
* All non stock items/special order items will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
* All Electrical Parts are non returnable.
* The original shipping cost is not refundable as well as return shipping cost, this is customers responsibility.
* No returns will be accept on any electrical items and incomplete kits.
* There is no re-stocking fees on all stock items returned within 30 days in their original packaging and re-sellable condition.
* As always it is the customers responsibility to check all parts for proper fit BEFORE installation.
